Thank you for submitting your proposal to the Entrepreneurship in Conservation & Outdoor Recreation competition, hosted in partnership between the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission and Enspire. We are excited to see the creativity, innovation, and conservation focus you have brought to your business idea.
Here’s what happens next:
Key Dates & Next Steps
- Feedback Sessions: September 8–12 (5:00–8:00pm each day)
You’ll have the opportunity to receive feedback on your digital proposal to strengthen your idea.
- Prototype Status Check-In: October 13–17
Teams selected for further review will share progress on their prototype/model.
- Office Hours: October 20 (5:00–8:00pm)
Open Q&A and additional coaching support.
- Finalist Selection: October 24
The top four teams will be announced and invited to move forward.
- Finalist Virtual Sessions: October 27–30 (5:00–8:00pm)
These sessions will help you prepare for the live competition.
- Finalist Competition & Presentation: November 5–6 at the Generation Conservation Summit
Finalists will present their concepts and prototypes live on-site.
Judging Reminder
- All judging is based on your submitted digital proposal.
- Judges will evaluate creativity, practicality, conservation/outdoor recreation impact, and clarity of communication.
- We encourage you to continue refining your idea, especially your prototype, and think about how to clearly demonstrate the conservation or outdoor recreation impact of your business.
